Rules &Regulations

1. Trash containers must have a lid and must be kept in a location not viewable from the street.

2. Unlicensed vehicles may not be used in The Meadow.

3. Licensed recreational vehicles may be used between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm

4. Boats, RV’s and trailers must be stored behind the house.

5. Large commercial vehicles may not be parked inside the subdivision.

6. No above ground swimming pools.

7. Shooting of firearms will not be permitted.

8. Sports equipment may not interfere with vehicular or pedestrian traffic.

9. Propane tanks must be shielded from the view of the street.

10. All mailboxes will be furnished and installed by the Deveolper.  Home owners will be charged the Developers cost.

11. Home owner must obtain approval concerning the size and location of satellite dishes.

12. Pets must be kept on a leash while not on Home owners’ property.
